Boston Globe Magazine 7.25.10

Featured in this past Sunday’s Boston Globe Magazine (07/25/10) are my photographs of a beautifully landscaped garden in Newton, MA. Homeowner’s Katie and Tucker Walsh conveniently hired landscaper Patrick Collins, (Katie’s younger brother) to work on improving the grounds and adding more seasonal colors and blooms.

Boston Globe Magazine 7.18.10

This past Sunday, The Boston Globe Magazine (07/18/10) featured my photo of a remodeled kitchen located in Cambridge, MA. The architectural firm of Jospeh Kennard Architects were called in after a fire damaged much of the condo. Joe Kennard facilitated the redesigning, paying special attention to a once cramped kitchen. Adding modern windows in combination with a lively color palette of red, white and blue helped free up the central gathering space, creating a playful and open space.

Summer update 7.08.10

The past few months have been busy ones, with my ongoing photography featured in the Boston Globe Magazine, as well as photographing exciting projects for local area architects and designers.

I’d like to share some photos of a recent project I photographed for the design firm of Siemasko + Verbridge. This was a renovation project of a beautiful Marblehead home with breathtaking ocean views. The interior is equally impressive, decorated with a perfect combination of contemporary style and classic sophistication.

Boston Globe Magazine 05.02.10

Featured in this past Sunday’s Boston Globe Magazine (05/02/10) are my photographs of a remodeled porch located in Newton, MA. Cambridge-based architect, John Altobello, (GettingHome Design) renovated and transformed the front porch into a welcome addition.

Boston Globe Magazine 4.25.10

Featured in this past Sunday’s Boston Globe Magazine (04/25/10) are my photographs of an Queen Anne Victorian home located in the Avon Hill section of Cambridge, MA. The architectural firm of Siemasko + Verbridge renovated and updated this late 19th Century Victorian adding a new roof and windows, restoring all the original woodwork and updated the kitchen/breakfast area.

Boston Globe Magazine 01.03.10

This past Sunday, The Boston Globe Magazine (01/03/10) featured my photographs of a beautifully designed foyer located in Norwell, MA. Interior designer Teresa Burnett, of Willow Designs, Inc. teamed up with local artist Marilyn MacLeod, of Lee Design and created a modern space complete with a unique faux ostrich-skin wall treatment.

Boston Globe Magazine 11.29.09

Featured in this past Sunday’s Boston Globe Magazine (11/29/09) are my photographs of an oceanfront home located in Swapscott, MA. Jean Verbridge, interior designer and principal at the architectural firm of Siemasko + Verbridge helped renovate this late 1800′s Gambrel style residence by adding distinctive touches of custom-made stained-glass throughout the house.

Boston Globe Magazine 11.15.09

This past Sunday, The Boston Globe Magazine (11/15/09) featured my photographs of an Adirondack style South End condo. Gary Briggs, co-owner of Aunt Sadie’s, has decorated the Union Square dwelling with his collection of rustic artifacts. The space is bursting with campy antiques, a few of my favs include a basket of Curious George Dolls, an illuminated lodging sign and a case of autographed baseballs. See for yourself.
